Alexis Ralph is in charge of Interval’s business development activities in Latin America, as well as customer relations and expanding Interval’s presence in one of the most important markets for the company. Prior to joining the Interval team, Alexis was vice president of development for Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean at Accor Hotels. At Accor, he held positions of increasing responsibility and led many of the company’s development initiatives in Latin America and the Caribbean. Previously, he worked at FONATUR as Deputy Commercial Director, he was part of Horwath HTL, a global hotel, travel and tourism consulting company, and in the tourism and hospitality area of Grupo Financiero Banorte, a leading company in the banking and financial sector of Mexico.
With extensive international experience, Alexis has participated as a guest speaker at industry-related conferences and seminars in the United States and Latin America. He has a bachelor’s degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana, a Master’s Degree in Senior Business Management from the IPADE Business School, and is certified by the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration in the Hotel Real Estate Investment and Asset Management Program.

He has more than 10 years of experience in the resort industry focused on offering top-notch vacation products. He has held executive positions in design and hotel construction, resort management, vacation ownership, and real estate. , marketing and finance.
He is a specialist in strategy and corporate development, coordinating and directing partners, supervising the execution of projects, as well as the financial and administrative evaluation of each resort.
Currently it is part of the new generation for the development and construction of the TAFER Hotels & Resorts Group’s line of luxury hotels.

She has held various management positions focused mainly on the areas of sales, marketing and business strategy, covering multiple tourism segments such as: Management of Amex Travel Agencies, Executive Director of the OCV and Hotel Association of Manzanillo/Costa Alegre, Sales and Marketing Director of the Hotel Las Hadas Golf Marina and later promoted to the corporate commercial management of Brisas Hotels & Resorts, being in charge of national and international sales, marketing plan, public relations and reservations.
In 2004 she began her career within RCI as Director of Business Development for Mexico and Central America, subsequently managing key accounts and as of 2009 she was promoted as Vice President of Marketing and Commercial Programs for Latin America, having been in charge to date of the areas of: Development Service, Marketing, E-Commerce, New Product Development, Key Account Management and The Registry Collection (The largest luxury vacation exchange program in the world).
