Rosario has more than 35 years of experience in the Tourism Industry, specifically in the Vacation Property Industry. Since joining Royal Holiday Group in the 80’s, he has had a successful career going through areas of Commercialization, Marketing, Service and Collections. She has been in charge of the Member Services Department and the Operations Department, which grew with her to include the international areas and the Human Resources Department itself. For 8 years he has been the General Manager of the group, which includes two divisions: The Royal Holiday Division as a Vacation Club and Membership Sales and the Hotel Division, which has its own hotel chain Park Royal Hotels & Resorts with 14 of its own hotels. : 10 in Mexico and 4 abroad. Rosario has been part of the Board of Directors of the Royal Holiday Foundation since it was created in 2015 and in 2023 she was unanimously elected President of the Board of Directors of the Mexican Association of Tourist Developers (AMDETUR), an association that brings together the founders and top representatives of the Vacation Ownership industry.

Alexis Ralph is in charge of Interval’s business development activities in Latin America, as well as customer relations and expanding Interval’s presence in one of the most important markets for the company. Prior to joining the Interval team, Alexis was vice president of development for Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean at Accor Hotels. At Accor, he held positions of increasing responsibility and led many of the company’s development initiatives in Latin America and the Caribbean. Previously, he worked at FONATUR as Deputy Commercial Director, he was part of Horwath HTL, a global hotel, travel and tourism consulting company, and in the tourism and hospitality area of ​​Grupo Financiero Banorte, a leading company in the banking and financial sector of Mexico.

With extensive international experience, Alexis has participated as a guest speaker at industry-related conferences and seminars in the United States and Latin America. He has a bachelor’s degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana, a Master’s Degree in Senior Business Management from the IPADE Business School, and is certified by the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration in the Hotel Real Estate Investment and Asset Management Program.

Since 1982, he began his professional career in financial analysis and consulting. His first contact with the tourism industry was through Cancún Clipper in 1988. He participated in the creation of the Cancún Sunset Club. From the Bancomer Tourism Division, he directed Club Regina Los Cabos and since 1999 he has been an Executive of Grupo Posadas, where he participated in the creation of Fiesta Americana Vacation Club, Kívac and LARC; After 9 years in the Commercial Management of Provac, since November 2011, he holds the position of Vice President of Vacation Properties and is a member of the Executive Committee of Grupo Posadas. Active member in various trade associations such as the Mexican Association of Tourist Developers (Amdetur), the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) and the Canadian Vacation Ownership Association (CVOA), among others.

Currently it is part of the new generation for the development and construction of the TAFER Hotels & Resorts Group’s line of luxury hotels.
