Rosario holds a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Iberoamericana, with a Postgraduate Degree in Senior Management from the same university and another Postgraduate Degree in Senior Management from IPADE. Rosario has over 35 years of experience in the Tourism Industry, specifically in the Vacation Property Industry. Since joining Grupo Royal Holiday in the 80s, she has built a successful career, moving through areas such as Marketing, Sales, Service, and Collections. 

With over 18 years of experience in the industry, focusing on sales and finance, Alexis Ralph is responsible for Interval’s business development activities in Latin America. This includes managing customer relations and expanding Interval’s presence in one of the company’s most important markets. Before joining the Interval team, Alexis served as Vice President of Development for Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean at Accor Hotels. At Accor, he held positions of increasing responsibility and led many of the company’s development initiatives in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Vice President of Loyalty, Grupo Posadas. Gerardo graduated from the Universidad Anáhuac as an industrial engineer, distinguished with the Anáhuac Leadership Medal in 2010, and is a member of the Alumni Council of the Faculty of Engineering. Since 1982, he began his professional career in financial analysis and consulting. His first involvement with the tourism industry was through Cancún Clipper in 1988. He played a role in the creation of the Cancún Sunset Club. From the Tourism Division of Bancomer, he led Club Regina Los Cabos, and since 1999, he has been an executive at Grupo Posadas. 

Carlos graduated in Law with honors from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), he continued his studies at the University of New York, where he earned his Master of Laws degree. He holds certificates in Data Base Marketing, Hotels, and Strategic Marketing, as well as an Advanced Management Program certificate. Since 1987, he has served as President and CEO of El Cid Resorts. 

Executive Vice President of Grupo TAFER Hotels & Resorts Fernando holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego in California. With over ten years of experience in the resort industry, focusing on providing top-notch vacation products, he has held executive positions in hotel design, construction, resort management, vacation ownership, real estate, marketing, and finance. He specializes in corporate strategy and development, coordinating and leading partnerships, overseeing project execution, and conducting financial and administrative evaluations for each resort. 

A graduate of UDG, Felipe holds a postgraduate degree in finance from Tecnológico de Monterrey–Panamericana and IPADE Business School. He has held strategic positions at Grupo Vidanta since 1986 and has been involved in the company’s most significant projects. Simultaneously, Ramírez Gutiérrez is the primary advocate for Grupo Vidanta’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy and management system. As the leader of the CSR Committee, his role enables him to support the implementation of sustainable actions and initiatives related to environmental issues, fair practices, business ethics, community, employee quality of life, and consumer practices. 

President of Unlimited Vacation Club at AMResorts, one of the companies within the Apple Leisure Group. Jorge graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Iberoamericana. He pursued his Master’s in Business Administration at the University of Southern California (USC) and completed postgraduate studies at the Higher School of Tourism in Madrid, the Economics Institute in Boulder, Colorado, and the ITAM. With over 30 years of experience in the Tourism Sector, he has served as an Advisor to the Undersecretaries of Planning and Operations at the Ministry of Tourism. He has also held positions such as General Director of Resort Condominiums International (RCI) in Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean, as well as Commercial Director of Mayan Resorts.

Jorge is a distinguished professional with a solid track record in the Vacation Club industry since 1999. Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Business Administration he has devoted his career to driving the sector’s growth. He served as Project Director at Palace Resorts’ Club Palace Premier for ten years.

Originally from Mexico City, Ana Laura studied International Relations at Universidad Nuevo Mundo and has over 25 years of experience in various branches of the tourism industry. She has held various managerial positions primarily focused on sales, marketing, and business strategy, covering multiple tourism segments. Her roles include Management of Amex Travel Agencies, Executive Director of the OCV and Hotel Association of Manzanillo/Costa Alegre, and Director of Sales and Marketing at Hotel Las Hadas Golf Marina.
