With extensive experience in corporate finance, she leads the group’s financial management, strategic administration, and resource optimization. Her track record is distinguished by her drive for sustainable growth and operational efficiency within the tourism industry.

A professional with extensive experience in administration and finance, currently the Director of Administration for the Vacation Club at Palace Resorts Group. She has developed her career managing key areas such as finance, administration, and operations, contributing to the growth and efficiency of the organizations she has worked with. Her focus is on optimizing resources and promoting sound financial practices to drive sustainable development in the tourism industry.

With over 35 years of experience in the vacation ownership industry, she has led key areas such as operations, member services, and human resources. She was president of the Board of Directors of AMDETUR and is a member of the Royal Holiday Foundation Board.

A Mexican businessman with a degree in Finance and Administration from Canada, he began his career in the hotel industry, participating in the development and pre-sales of the Hotel Hacienda Tres Ríos. He is currently the president and founding partner of VCM Capital, which finances timeshare and vacation club projects. He is a member of the board of directors of Grupo Sunset and has served as vice president of various tourism associations, including CCE, ACOTUR, and ACLUVAQ.

Vice President of Loyalty at Grupo Posadas, a company he has been with since 1999. He was instrumental in the creation of Fiesta Americana Vacation Club, Kívac, and LARC. With over 30 years in the industry, he has served as president of AMDETUR and is actively involved in ARDA and CVOA, among others.

Carlos Berdegué Sacristán is a prominent leader in Mazatlán’s tourism sector and president of Grupo Turístico El Cid. He has driven the growth and diversification of the hotel offerings, promoting sustainability and local economic development. He has held key positions within Grupo El Cid and in industry associations such as AMDETUR, ANCH, CNET, and WTTC. He was also recognized with the Miguel Alemán Valdés Tourism Excellence Award.

Executive Vice President of TAFER Hotels & Resorts Group, Fernando González Contreras has been Executive Vice President of TAFER Hotels & Resorts since 2018, leading sales, operations, and administration across all its divisions. During his tenure, he has established himself as a recognized executive leader, known for his experience and track record shared with many in the industry.

Originally from Mexico City, Ana Laura studied International Relations at Universidad Nuevo Mundo and has over 25 years of experience in various branches of the tourism industry. She has held various managerial positions primarily focused on sales, marketing, and business strategy, covering multiple tourism segments. Her roles include Management of Amex Travel Agencies, Executive Director of the OCV and Hotel Association of Manzanillo/Costa Alegre, and Director of Sales and Marketing at Hotel Las Hadas Golf Marina. 

Mr. Herrera has over 30 years of experience in the tourism industry, specializing in vacation clubs. He was president of Resort Condominiums International (RCI) for Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean, and corporate director at Grupo Vidanta. He is the founder and current president of AMResorts’ Unlimited Vacation Club.

He also served as president of the Board of Directors of AMDETUR from 2016 to 2018.
