Marcos Agostini
Chairman of the Board of Directors
Marcos Agostini is Executive Vice President and General Manager of Interval International, where he has held various positions since 1993. He is a member of Marriott Vacations Worldwide’s Executive Committee and is actively involved with ARDA, where he serves on its Board of Directors. He has been instrumental in the international expansion of Interval’s membership programs and services.
Daniel Arroyo
Secretary
A Mexican businessman with a degree in Finance and Administration from Canada, he began his career in the hotel industry, participating in the development and pre-sales of the Hotel Hacienda Tres Ríos. He is currently president and founding partner of VCM Capital, which finances timeshare and vacation club projects. He is a member of the board of directors of Grupo Sunset and has served as vice president of various tourism associations, including CCE, ACOTUR, and ACLUVAQ.
Gerardo Rioseco Orihuela

Vice President of Loyalty at Grupo Posadas, a company he has been with since 1999. He was instrumental in the creation of Fiesta Americana Vacation Club, Kívac, and LARC. With over 30 years in the industry, he has served as president of AMDETUR and is actively involved in ARDA and CVOA, among others.
Carlos Berdegué Sacristán

Carlos Berdegué Sacristán is a prominent leader in Mazatlán’s tourism sector and president of Grupo Turístico El Cid. He has driven the growth and diversification of the hotel offerings, promoting sustainability and local economic development. He has held key positions within Grupo El Cid and in industry associations such as AMDETUR, ANCH, CNET, and WTTC. He was also recognized with the Miguel Alemán Valdés Tourism Excellence Award.
Fernando González Contreras

With over 25 years of experience in the tourism industry, she has held management positions in sales, marketing, and strategy at organizations such as Las Hadas, Brisas Hotels & Resorts, and the Manzanillo Convention and Visitors Bureau. She has been with RCI since 2004, where she has been instrumental in its positioning and growth.
Rosario Rodriguez

CEO of Royal Holiday Group, with over 35 years of experience in the vacation ownership industry. She has led key areas such as operations, member services, and human resources. She was president of the Board of Directors of AMDETUR and is a member of the Board of the Royal Holiday Foundation.
Dulce Aguilar

She has developed her career managing key areas such as finance, administration, and operations, contributing to the growth and efficiency of the organizations she has worked with. Her focus is on optimizing resources and promoting sound financial practices to drive sustainable development in the tourism industry.
David Suárez

Financial executive with over 20 years of experience in strategic finance, corporate governance, and organizational transformation. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Grupo Solmar and serves as an independent board member for various institutions in the financial and corporate sectors.
